Indonesian POS App Pricing Compared, 2026
August 2, 2026

Disclosure: Skoci POS is one of the services compared in this article, so we are not a neutral party. Every competitor figure is taken from that provider's own official pricing page on the verification date above, and the sources are listed at the end. Prices may have changed since then — check the official page directly before deciding.
Short answer
As of August 2026, the cheapest published monthly prices for POS apps in Indonesia range from Rp 66,780 to Rp 999,000 per month. Three of the six services compared here have a genuinely free plan rather than just a trial: Qasir, Pawoon, and Skoci POS.
The biggest difference is not the headline number but how it is counted: two providers bill per outlet, so the cost grows with every branch you open; some bill per account; and one sells yearly plans only.
Comparison table
| Service | Free plan | Lowest paid price | Billing basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| Skoci POS | Yes — 1 store | Rp 99,000/month (Pro, up to 3 stores) | Per account |
| Qasir | Yes | Rp 66,780/month (Pro, billed annually) | Not published |
| Pawoon | Yes — 1 outlet, max 7 transactions/day, active once the 14-day trial ends | Rp 149,000/month (Basic) | Per account |
| Majoo | No — trial only | Rp 249,000/outlet/month (Starter) | Per outlet |
| Moka POS | No | Rp 299,000/outlet/month (Basic) | Per outlet |
| Olsera | No — 14-day trial | Rp 1,288,000/year (Basic, promotional price down from Rp 1,888,000, excl. VAT) | Yearly only |
Every figure comes from each provider's own pricing page, observed on 5 August 2026. Full sources at the end.
What comparisons usually miss
1. "Per outlet" versus "per account"
This is where the maths most often goes wrong. Moka POS and Majoo both bill per outlet per month — the figure on their pricing page is the cost of a single outlet, so it grows with every branch you open. Skoci POS bills per account, with the store quota set by the plan.
So before you compare, know which unit each provider is quoting. The lowest headline figure is not necessarily the cheapest for your number of outlets, and vice versa — and a comparison only holds if the feature sets meet your needs equally, so check what each plan actually contains.
2. A free plan is not a free trial
The two are often worded similarly on marketing pages but differ:
- Qasir — free with unlimited products and accounts, but transaction history is limited to the last 30 days
- Pawoon — free for 1 outlet, capped at 7 transactions per day, and per their own page this plan applies once the 14-day trial ends
- Skoci POS — free for 1 store, covering the cashier, stock, and basic reports
- Majoo and Olsera — no free plan; what they offer is a trial period
3. Features that turn out to cost extra
Majoo lists several modules as add-ons at Rp 499,000 per outlet/month each, including the loyalty programme, marketplace integration, food-delivery integration, and an AI assistant over WhatsApp. Watch the unit: like the main plan, these add-ons are counted per outlet. On Skoci POS, the loyalty programme is included in the Pro plan at Rp 99,000/month for up to 3 stores.
Moka lists an extra Rp 10,000 per staff slot once a plan's quota is exceeded, with quotas of up to 5, 10, and 20 staff per outlet by plan tier.
4. Yearly pricing, promotional pricing, and VAT
Olsera publishes yearly prices only, and states that prices exclude VAT. Majoo carries the same note on some of its prices.
Watch for promotional pricing too. Olsera shows Basic as Rp 1,888,000 struck through down to Rp 1,288,000 per year, and Majoo runs a discount banner on its pricing page. Promotional figures can end at any time, so budget against the standard price.
When comparing against monthly providers, convert to the same unit and check whether tax is included.
What about AI features?
Of the six services checked, only two advertise AI-based features:
- Majoo — an AI Assistant Manager over WhatsApp, sold as an add-on at Rp 499,000 per outlet/month
- Skoci POS — a daily business summary, a recipe generator that also calculates cost of goods sold, and product catalog autofill from a photo, included in the paid plans with no separate add-on
For the other four, the accurate statement is that they do not list AI features on their pricing pages as of 5 August 2026. That is not the same as confirming they have none.
Skoci POS pricing
| Plan | Price | Stores |
|---|---|---|
| Free | Rp 0/month | 1 store |
| Pro | Rp 99,000/month or Rp 948,000/year | Up to 3 stores |
| Business | Rp 299,000/month or Rp 2,988,000/year | Unlimited |
Included in every paid plan: full inventory management (purchase orders, returns, stock transfers between stores, stock counts), QRIS payments, shift management, role-based access control, and the loyalty programme from Pro upward.
A note on accuracy
We list only figures each provider publishes on its own site, with the date we observed them. Some things are deliberately left out because they are not publicly published:
- Outlet limits for Pawoon Basic/Pro, Olsera, and Qasir
- Qasir Pro Plus and Enterprise prices in Rupiah
- Qasir's additional cost for branch outlets
Figures circulating on third-party blogs were not used where we could not confirm them against an official source.
Prices change. Always check the official page before deciding.
