Overview
This guide answers one question: how is my business actually doing? It covers where to look, and which parts are worth looking at regularly.
Dashboard and the AI Daily Summary
The Dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. On it sits a Ringkasan AI (AI summary) card that describes your business in plain sentences: sales trends, what is selling, and stock that needs attention.
The point is simple: you should not have to open twenty reports every morning just to find out whether something is wrong.
Regenerating the summary costs 1 AI credit. If you run out, a notice appears with a Beli Kredit AI (buy AI credits) button that takes you to the AI Credits page.
Sales Reports
Found under the Laporan (Reports) menu:
- Penjualan Harian (Daily Sales) — revenue per day. The most frequently opened report.
- Detail Transaksi (Transaction Detail) — every transaction listed individually, for tracing a specific event.
- Produk Terlaris (Best Sellers) — which products sell the most.
- Performa Kasir (Cashier Performance) — sales results per cashier.
- Rekap Keuangan (Financial Summary) — the overall financial picture.
- Shift Kasir (Cashier Shifts) — a summary per shift, including cash differences.
- Kas Masuk/Keluar (Cash In/Out) — money moving through the drawer outside of sales.
For weekly monitoring, two reports are enough: Daily Sales to see the direction, and Best Sellers to know what needs restocking. Open the rest only when you have something specific to trace.
Purchasing Reports
- Pembelian per Supplier — how much you buy from each supplier.
- Pembelian per Produk — which goods you buy most.
- Status Pesanan — where each purchase order stands.
- Retur Pembelian — goods returned to suppliers.
Stock Reports
- Kartu Stok (Stock Card) — the in-and-out history of each item, useful when a number looks suspicious.
- Nilai Persediaan (Inventory Value) — the rupiah value of what is sitting in your storeroom.
- Selisih Opname (Stocktake Variance) — the gap between physical counts and system records.
- Pemakaian & Waste (Usage & Waste) — materials consumed and goods thrown away.
- Transfer Antar Outlet (Inter-Outlet Transfers) — goods moved between stores.
Inventory Value is the number that most often surprises small business owners. Money tied up in stock is money you cannot use for anything else.
Customer Reports
- Top Pelanggan — your biggest spenders.
- Pelanggan Berisiko Hilang — regulars who have started coming less often.
- Buku Besar Poin — the full loyalty point history.
Invoices and Receivables
Open Penjualan → Invoice & Piutang. This menu is for sales not paid on the spot — office orders, or regular customers who settle later.
Each invoice carries a status:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Draft | Still being drawn up, not sent |
| Terkirim (Sent) | Sent to the customer |
| Dilihat (Viewed) | The customer has opened it |
| Sebagian Lunas (Partially paid) | Part of it has been paid |
| Lunas (Paid) | Paid in full |
| Jatuh Tempo (Overdue) | Past the due date and unpaid |
| Dibatalkan (Void) | The invoice was cancelled |
For partially paid invoices, the amount already received is shown directly in the list.
Filter the list by Overdue at the start of each week. Receivables that are not chased promptly only get harder to collect.
Balance and Withdrawals
Open Saldo & Penarikan. This page moves money from digital sales into your bank account.
Verifying Your Bank Account
Before you can withdraw, your account must be verified once. Under Ajukan Verifikasi Rekening (KYC) you upload a Foto KTP (national ID photo) as a JPG or PNG of at most 5MB, along with your bank details.
If the submission is rejected, an Ajukan Ulang (resubmit) button lets you try again with corrected details.
Withdrawing
Once verified, Saldo Tersedia (available balance) shows what can be withdrawn. Click Ajukan Cashout, enter the amount, and the system shows the Biaya admin (admin fee) and Diterima bersih — what actually lands in your account.
Every withdrawal is kept in Riwayat Cashout (withdrawal history).
Verification happens only once, but it has to be finished before your first withdrawal. Get it out of the way early rather than waiting until you actually need the money.
Choosing a Plan
Open Langganan (Subscription) to see your current plan, change it, and review Riwayat Pembayaran (payment history).
| Plan | Stores | Monthly | Yearly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 1 store | Rp 0 | — |
| Pro | Up to 3 stores | Rp 99,000 | Rp 948,000 |
| Business | Unlimited | Rp 299,000 | Rp 2,988,000 |
Paying yearly saves two months.
What upgrading buys you is Customer Loyalty, WhatsApp Broadcast when it becomes available, and more stores. Everything else is the same: cashier, catalogue, full inventory, purchase orders, all reports, multiple users, QRIS, shifts, and QR ordering are all there from the Free plan onwards.
When You Exceed Your Store Quota
If you have more stores than your plan allows — say you drop from Business to Pro while running five stores — a warning appears reading Ada toko yang nonaktif (some stores are inactive).
Stores over the quota become read-only: their data is still visible, but they cannot be used for transactions. You choose which stores stay active under Pengaturan → Kelola Toko Aktif.
Downgrading does not delete stores or their data. Stores over the quota are only deactivated, and become active again as soon as you upgrade.
